The work is ready. Let's talk about what a partnership could look like.

Morganite works alongside foundations and ecosystem builders to strengthen the organizations in your networks — building the narrative and organizational infrastructure that makes grants go further and grantee capacity last longer.

Why this work matters

Financial capacity is only part of the answer.

What prevents organizations with demonstrated value and community trust from converting opportunity into sustainable growth? Funding is part of the answer — but so is organizational clarity, evidence infrastructure, operational readiness, and institutional access.

Organizations doing deeply compelling work are often operating without dedicated communications support, development staff, or the infrastructure to translate their impact into language funders and institutions can act on.

Morganite helps funders and ecosystem partners understand what's actually in the way — and builds the sensemaking, strategy, and capacity-building infrastructure that closes that gap.

Foundation funds a cohort it already believes in; Morganite delivers full narrative and capacity engagements to each organization in that cohort.

Sponsored Access Pool

Co-invest in the Sponsored Access pool to subsidize up to 75% of engagement costs for qualifying organizations. Fiscally sponsored by the Edward Charles Foundation — contributions are tax-deductible.

T

Embedded TA Provider

High-touch, individualized support integrated directly into your grantmaking — proven across three Wild Seed Collective cohorts.

E

Application Readiness & Equity Support

Pre-application workshops and structured support for rejected applicants, so the quality of the work — not the capacity to compete — determines who gets funded.

We've done this before.

Morgan Paden at The Wild Seed Grantee Retreat

In 2024, Morganite co-founded The Wild Seed Collective with LA County's Justice, Care, and Opportunities Department, a grant and capacity-building program for women-of-color-owned businesses.

Morganite wrote the award-winning $1.2 million application, convened the founding agency team, and served as the embedded narrative TA provider for the full grantee cohort across three years of operation.

That model is now available to bring into your portfolio.
