Operations Associate, Executive Support

Remote, Part-time, Contract | $25–$40/hour, based on experience | 

Approximately 60-80 hours per month ($1,500–$3,200/month).

The Operations Associate, Executive Support role blends direct client project support, administrative coordination, and creative problem-solving to help drive impact. You'll work closely with the President to ensure seamless operations while contributing your ideas and skills to elevate client deliverables.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Project Support

  • Assist with creating and editing client deliverables, including reports, proposals, and presentations.

  • Conduct research to support client initiatives, funding opportunities, and business development.

  • Collaborate on creative solutions to enhance client experiences and outcomes.

Creative Problem-Solving

  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

  • Contribute innovative ideas to client projects and internal strategies.

  • Adapt to changing priorities and solve challenges with resourcefulness.

Support for Executive-Level Initiatives

  • Work closely with the President to execute strategic goals and special projects.

  • Provide operational and administrative support to maintain focus on high-priority objectives.

  • Coordinate communication and logistics to support external partnerships and collaborations.

Growth and Learning

  • Participate in ongoing training to develop new skills, including grant writing and strategy development.

  • Take on increasing responsibility as you grow with the business.

  • Demonstrate initiative to contribute beyond assigned tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (e.g., 1–3 years in administration, operations, research, or project support).

  • Familiarity with client support or project coordination is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualities:
